Membership fees to such private golf course communities vary widely from course to course.  The amount depends on the services offered and where the community is offered.  A private community set on the waterfront in Clearwater, Florida that offers not only an 18 hole golf course but also volleyball courts, basketball courts, indoor heated pools and day spa services is likely to be more expensive than a private course in Indianapolis, Indiana that only offers a club house and a volleyball court as its extra perks.

If you want to enjoy your game of golf and don’t want to worry about being disturbed, or maybe you just want to be part of a private club where other members share the same passion you do for the game, then a private golf course community may be for you.  Chances are, there’s one in a city near you.  Membership fees may be high, but many would argue that the scenery alone is well worth the cost.
